I am planning on setting up a table at the LA Pen Show next month and would like to get some insight from someone who has setup there in the past.

Anyone setup a table there in recent years?

As this may be a dumb question and I am pretty well known for dumb question. Is that LA Los Angeles or LA Louisana?

If you do decide to attend the show let me know. I would like to come by and meet the man who made my die holder .

I went last year to go see what it was like. It was the first pen show that I had attended. Honestly I thought there would have been more custom hand made pen makers but it seemed to be a lot of vintage pen dealers and the large corporate guys.

The decision is made, now to see if there is still table space available. I'll probably know tomorrow.

How's the die holder holding up? I've been busy making different colors of my new pens for the LA show and have been using mine several hours a day lately! I can thread with my eyes closed now!

George - If you get to go you will probably run into Ginger who is Stan Pfeiffer's partner. I would love to hear how Stan is doing. The last that I heard he was not doing to well.

It works great! I've just been practicing on some scrap delrin I picked up. I even stocked up on some Pam spray .

Hope you can make it out. Would like to see your work in person.

George Anthony has a new shop called Penchetta Penworks in Scottsdale. He is going last time I heard and talked to him.

Thanks, I just spoke with him and he gave me a lot of helpful insight. I got in under the wire on a table reservation so it looks like it's a go!

Now to start "cranking out some stock" (GOD I hate that phrase!) for the show!

Well, I will likely try to get out there since I live about an hour away. I missed the boat on this one, but would some day like to bring out some of my Cigar Illusion pens to such an event to see how they are received. I'll keep an eye out for you if I come out.

Hey George, look forward to seeing you there. I spoke with Art in CA, and he is setting up a table as well. Should be a good show as always.
