I will start as Ed suggested with some notes on 2008 Trivia Contest:
As a newbie this was a very simple job and one I had a lot of fun with except... People take this way serious and the TriviaMeister needs to know that! I gave a clue in PM to newbie and was almost hung for "Cheating" It was one of nine words that were scrambled not my intent to do anything but get him in the hat...Issue was resolved but just a lesson for newbies!
The way we set it up with 3 people each taking 1/3 of the month made it real slick. Setting up the emails ahead of time was very good. I personally made inbox folders with each day I was leading and simply moved those emails to this folder, the other two set up personal email accounts just for the trivia contest either way works...
Need to remember next year do not post an email address in the thread as it can get picked up easily by spammer.
