Well it looks to me like her *** is just too big for her waist....she should lose some of that and she'd be fine.
 
I have to go there..........36"-24"-36", only if she's 5' 3".............and some of you may know the rest, lol, sorry, I had to.

The lengths people will go to for fame and fortune! Only one thought comes to mind.... Cranking down ever so smaller Corsets, 24/7 for years. There is nothing natural about this!
 
Victor, I think it looks like more of a deformity than anything else. There is termm for that in Medical dictionary I try to find it for you later. Yes, her hubbie got her in to modeling because of the money, but it's more of a deformity than anything else. You notice her pelvic bone sixe is prettymuch the size it would be for an anorexic person in her size, but not the waist. I think the doc.s here on IAP can attest to this more than I can do.
 
I'm just wondering where there is room for her insides. There is a liver, kidneys, stomach, intestines, pancreas, spleen, heart and lungs all in there some where. Sorry, that's where I go with this.
 
Guys, none of us had any say in the genetic hand that was dealt us, and I seriously doubt any of us is as attractive to the opposite sex as we imagine ourselves to be. If her 20 inch waist is legit, good for her for being able to take advantage of a "deformity" to earn a living in mainstream society. At least she is not relelgated to having to earn her living in a carnival freak show, where all us "normal" folk go to gawk. We all live in glass houses to a certain extent, and none of us should be throwing stones.

It's really no different than what happens when a woman is pregnant. Those organs squish out of the way.
