I know there was just a thread about service at CSUSA, but I have to give another shout out for them. I've been having problems with some kits from my latest shipment and Sam has been helping me via phone and email get everything taken care of. His service and ability to resolve the problem has FAR exceeded my expectations.
My faith in them that they would be able to take care of my problem was always there, in fact I had just placed another order with them online prior to Sam getting back to me with a fix. I knew they would stand behind what they sell and this time was no exception!
