2 Steampunk Pens

OK, so here's the background.

I posted an order from "Marko50" for his 2 remaining Steampunk Blanks (Mid February) . Dan posted the same request 3 minutes later...

So, being the Bash atmosphere and all... "Good wishes and good will to all." :tongue:

I decided to send one of the 2 blanks to Dan and do an informal posting...

I do a pen, you do a pen... Judges: my 2 cats; your 2 kids!!!

So. Here's my product!

I have three kids and you only have two cats, so you're in trouble

I already have mine earmarked for something but that is a cool idea Except that you used gold Only cats would vote for a gold pen ;-p

Maybe I'll get you one of MarkO's map blanks for round 2

Great job Dan! And the pictures are fine. I had never made a Zen kit and I like it. And using Alumilite for the first time was REALLY nice.

Actually, one of my two cats changed her mind (finicky), so I guess it went 4-1... 3 kids , I thought only 2... so I was doomed from the start... :curse:

Well, I had fun, got a great pen, used some new materials... Hey I won also!

PS - I already ordered some map blanks from Marko when he gets the time!
