Mike, that's a very nice looking pen. The olive wood goes nicely with that kit. Is that the same wax the guys put on their surfboards?

Very nice and such an unusual way to finish the pen, why did you select this method? Now... To nickpick, you should try to shine the metal parts before taking the picture. It doesn't do justice to your finish to have smears on parts that you didn't finish

Olivier, finish selection only because I can't get CA in SA, only thise little 5gram tubes and the odd bottle of thin that is dry in the bottle already. Next week its me, NYC and some shopping! Point taken on the metal parts smears. Thanks!!

Mike, if you're having trouble getting CA in South Africa you should consider trying dipping lacquer for a finish.
