Sorry for the audio on this one - but the content is on. Just something new I started. Ed Brown (ExoticBlanks) was very helpful getting me going.

Looking for something different. Ring making is hot and we have almost everything we need to start. With Inlay rings the only thing you need to add is a ring mandrel and your imagination. Just a little something different. Promise to get back to pens.

Thanks for all the vids Mark! I was hoping to do one of the Steamboat Willie pens that you modeled early on, but the only penny smashers the make it are at Port Orleans which is closed right now, so I can't get one. Boo!

Can't let the cat out of the bag (or mouse for that matter) but by next week I should have some more instructions on that one out there. Keep watching. Thanks.

Who says this doesn't apply to pen making, too? Same principal.
I crushed some beads for this that were oddly shaped and weren't going to be used anyway. I did fill the spaces between the larger pieces with some finer powder. I was wondering if that would work with the opal. Seems it might block some of the shimmer from the larger pieces, though. This pen wasn't using chatoyant stone.
