Has anyone purchased from them? I've made a purchase, sent an email and called and left a voice mail and have yet to hear back about my order.

I am not trying to cast a bad light on them, I will order again as I really like their pricing, but have I been taken or is this just the way they do business?

The same thing has happened to me. I've sent two emails and left a voice mail regarding a question on an order I placed.

Your experience, for me, would write them off no matter what pricing.
 
It's been so long and I don't know what I ordered 😕.

I hadn't even remembered about this until it was brought back to the top.
