I've bought hundreds of blanks from various makers over the years and find there are 2 things that irritate me when I receive my order.

1. Stop using an ink cartridge when the image is getting a faded look. I've received blanks where the image has a washed out look because the colors just aren't as vibrant as they should be. I understand you're trying to squeeze out a bit more use (and profit) out of the cartridges but your reputation as a quality blank maker is riding on the satisfaction I get when I receive your blanks.

2. Stop trying to re-size an image to completely fill the blank. There's nothing more frustrating than to receive blanks where the image is stretched to fill a sierra blank when it should be a little less stretched to make the image look more natural. I received a blank where the military branch emblem was hardly recognizable due to it being stretched the length of the blank. Also, if I have a problem like a chipped edge, I could possibly salvage a blank by trimming off a bit of the blank and re-use the blank for another kit. If the image almost touches the edge of the blank, I could be writing off the cost of the blank.
