Groove Click/Cross Refills

I'm finding the Cross refills I got from Cross don't fit in the groove pen. The black top part is to big to go up inside the top of the pen. Has anyone else found that to be the case? The kit refill is .203 while the Cross refill is .213 according my micrometer. Dissapointed because I've given several Groove Click pens away to some nurses at my clinic.

Have you tried these?
I've bought several and never had any issues.

Looks like an aftermarket refill. I'm using the name brand Cross refill. https://www.penheaven.com/cross-ballpoint-refill-2-pack-broad-point Probably have to sand it down some to make it fit.
