This is a Geta twist pen in black chrome/chrome, from Berea. It's the same as the Woodcraft Big Wig. The wood is locust tree burl. The finish is Pens Plus.

One unusual feature of the Geta/Big Wig, is that the clip comes loose. You have to attach it yourself. It seems to me that they redesigned the clip at some point, they're easier to attach than they used to be. I used to really have to fight with some of them, but now they snap right in.
