This is a PSI Footprints In The Sand twist pen in chrome. It has an excerpt from the Footprints poem on the cap. The wood is from a locust tree burl. The finish is Mylands and carnuba wax.

Very cool piece of wood. I've looked at the other 2 posts with this same burl. Very attractive indeed.
How is the engraving or embossing? It didn't show very well in your pictures. I'm interested in your opinion/review of the kit. Thanks - Dave

I have several of these kits and have a couple blanks in starting stages to go with them. My opinion of the kit, I have to say the kit looks very nice and how well it stands up only time will tell. very possible that the black inscription may wear away but they are inscribed and coated.

This is only my second Footprints pen, and I have to say the engraving on the pen doesn't show up very well. Other than that I like the pen.

I like the fact it is a bit more subtle.

Some kits are a bit over the top though I'm sure everyone's different in their perception of that kind of thing.
