I blame Kate over at Bullseye Turning Supply for me doing these projects now, they are fun.

For this I drilled a 7.5mm hole through the blank and use the TBC Tiny Giant bushings. The blanks looks like it is a piece of green acetate similar to ones being sold in this forum recently. Not sure where I got the blank from, likely was in a lot purchased from someone getting out of the hobby.

Was this from a kit?

Not exactly. I do these with a kit.

This is made from a excel brand utility knife off amazon. You use the plastic body of the utility knife to measure your blank. Kate Harrow at Bullseye Turning Supple sells these knives as a kit meaning it comes with a copper tube insert, that can be used to measure the blank, but that may require a different bushings set, the Bullseye site has those details.
