Thank you! I started with gray buckeye burl. Cut and nicked it up. Hit it with black paint and then some white paint.

Awesome !!!!!!!! And great choice on the Arturo Fuente Opus X. Great cigar even though it's $30 a stick !!! Smoking one of those along with a glass of Eagle Rare bourbon is wonderful.
How did you attach the cigar band to the burl ????

I used some Modge Podge to glue it to the wood. I get it from Michael's Crafts

Thanks for the information. I have an Opus X in my humidor. I think I'd prefer that band over the other cigars I have. Did you finish with CA ?

I will put a few coats of CA over the band
