I know some crafters on here can knock out a LOT of pens in one day, but for anyone that read my venting thread, "Anyone Have One of Those Days?" then you know it's best I take my time, lol. So five completed pens in a day is a lot for me!
Made a Magnetic Vertex for my son, in Walnut.
Made a Breast Cancer Awareness pen for a survivor.
Made three Vertex pens, one in Red Maple, one in mint acrylic, and the last in white acrylic with blue swirls.
Both wood pens were sanded, then CA applied, at least 7 coats, then wet sanded with micro mesh, and finalized with satin, then gloss CA polish.
The acrylics were sanded, then wet sanded with micro mesh, and finally one coat of Novus fine scratch remover.
