X-acto modification

I use an X-acto or hobby knife ( whichever you prefer to call them ) quite a bit, so I decided to modify the one on my work bench.
Pretty simple, bored hole, use a closed end mandrel, turn to shape, glued in the parts. Used lacqurer finish.

So how do you change the blade? Kind of a waste if the blade can't be changed...

The same as the original, loosen the small part at the end replace blade tighten the end.

If you look close you can see the line where the two pieces meet(or separate) near the blade.

I saw the line, but I also saw you said you glued it in, so I wasn't sure. So it can be changed, cool.
