Did some Worthless Wood casting a little while ago using some off-cuts of a nice piece Brown Malle burl.

Stabilised the burl first, then cast with 2 colours Pearlex in PR.

This one is a gift to the wife of the person that gave me the Brown Mallee burl

Worth should have been the word instead of worthless....great coloring to compliment the wood!

Fit-n-finish is spot on too:good:

Fantastic. I tried some WW this past week, failure. It was my fault. I thought it was done pulled it out of the mold and the PR seperated from the wood, still wet on the inside. Gonna give it another try this week.
