Just received a shipment from Woodnwhimsies. Had to wait while they reordered these particular items as they had sold out the day before my order and after they placed their order. They actually sold out two different items but one item was already enroute so that shipped as soon as they received it.
The other item came in and there was an oops with charging my credit card. It got charged for the first shipment twice rather than the lesser amount for the second shipment.
Tracey caught this and corrected it before the package was even sealed. In fact, she printed a very nice note of apology on the invoice before it was printed.
Fixing and apologizing for a problem even before it is known to be a problem is what I call great customer service. I know where I'll be doing a lot of my shopping from now on!
