I have been out of the loop for a while, too busy with work and kids to do much turning, or web-surfing.

What is Enduro? where do I get some? How do I use it??

Barry, wayne's method is here on the finishing forum

This is the company's website that sells Enduro. I have sent more than 1 email asking about shipping to Canada but got no replies. If you find a Canadian distributor please let me know. I'd like to try it.

Right now I'm using "Oxford Ultima Spray Lacquer" (water based). I get it From "Wood Essence" in Saskatoon.

Hope that helps

Thanks,

STARTER KIT Clear Sanding Sealer 1 Quart
Clear Topcoat 1 Quart
2 Sanding Sponge Pads
(Fine and Very Fine)
Start-1 Non-Poly $22.00
Start-2 1qt Poly $24.00
Start-3 2qt Poly $26.00

This is the one I got. Have not used it yet. Most here have purchased the 24 dollar version I believe. I think the difference is the sanding sealer is an exterior grade. From what I have heard won't be much difference. I called them and told them what I was doing. The recommened the Start 3. They are very helpful people.

What you need is the Wat-R-Based Poly Starter kit. If you are going to do an oily wood then instead of using the sanding sealer that you get with the Enduro then use a Lacqure based like Mylands sells.
