Has anyone got experience of using Rizheng pen kits. Are they Ok.

Rhizing pens are manufactured in Xiamen, China.
It not fair to make a blanket statement about manufacturers. I am told the Chinese kits have improved over time. But personally I usually try and stick with the Taiwanese made kits.
For me, even more important than that is to deal with a seller that offers great customer service. In general if they offer great service they try to eliminate the lemons from their lineup as they do not want to deal with them.
But you stand s chance of finding a lemon in every kind of kit if you go through enough.
