Walnut/Maple

This is what you get when the wood makes the decision for you. I got a new scroll saw (stealth gloat) and while I was waiting on some segmented blanks to dry, decided to make a suspended bowl. One little moment of inattention latter and it was missing a chunk of the leg. Design opportunity!

Walnut with a Maple lid. 4" X 3". Danish Oil finish.

The scroll saw? Delta off of Craigslist, new 12 years ago and used once....$30. Looks like it so I believe her.
