Really need to get back to pens but I'm in holiday show production mode. Blank was made by Beyond Wood Products as a knife scale or grip blank. I cut it and used three pieces to make my ornament.

WOW, I'm impressed. Turning a finial like that isn't easy. Acrylics get soft when they get warm (like when they are turned), and tend to want to bend. Good job! :good:

Thanks BSea! This guy has his resin dialed in. While it did soften, it wasn't bad and I didn't have issue. Granted I was turning flat out at 4000rpm and took my time.
