Voice recorder pens

Have any of you made "voice recorder pens"? These can be purchased, but are there any kits or parts available to make these? I would like to make a few. I have never seen anyone comment on these on this forum.

There are lots of commercial items out there that aren't made into kits for us. But that doesn't mean you can't make a pen out of it! Buy one and take it apart and see if there's a way to make a new barrel for it.
