Wanted to try a new kit and haven't done any click pens yet. Since the Vertex seems to be well regarded and was also highly spoken of by a friend, I figured I'd order a few with my last order of kits and give them a try.
I did do as my friend suggested and inserted a small piece of toothpick into the click mechanisms on these and used just the tiniest amount of CA to hold it in place, without putting in excessive CA to potentially get in places it shouldn't and mess up the click mechanism.
Also made a couple styluses for my wife and I using the CSUSA kit with the fiber mesh tip. Been using these for a few days now and quite happy with the kit so far.
CA finish on all of these items.
