This is an American Patriot Pen Twist Pen in pewter.
I used two woods. The top came from timbers that were purchase around 1860 to repair US Navy sailing ships (tall ships) at the Charleston (Boston) Navy Yard.
The Live Oak and White Oak timbers came from Ohio and have inventory markings on them that were placed there by the manufactures (see photo).

The bottom is from the teak wood deck off the Battleship USS North Carolina (BB-55).
