I like the two sided concept. Is there that much differnce in color on the two sides or is it just the lighting? Side "A" looks much redder than Side "B".

Yeah it is the lighting. As I have always said. "I am a wood turner not a photographer." here's a couple more

started with a 4" X 4" X 8/4 chuck of Paduak

Shellac finish.
