what pen kits are these? I looked up Olympian Elite and it does not look like the pen you posted.

interesting idea with the plumbing epoxy!

Thanks everyone for liking the experimental material, was a surprise to me as well. Always wanted to make something down to up. I have not attempted any sanding as such, just hand rolled them on a flat table [ the embedded dirt and paint chip-off is what giving the Corian like look]. However once cured this material is machinable. I have only used a light wet [ plain tap-water] sanding with grits 600 and 1200. Actually borrowed the idea of this material from all the posts I read on polymer clay casting and used that on the cheap plumbing epoxy. The material cost is in the range of Kit cost plus Re 20 [ about 30 US cent] for the epoxy !
