Zoom Clients are available for Windows, Mac, and Linux. Android and Iphone have clients too. A larger screen size is preferred. The bare minimum is a microphone and speaker or Headset. A Webcam works better and allows everyone to see your smile!

Download Zoom using this link https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting

IF you want to HOST meetings you can register with Zoom. If you just want to attend meetings, you do not have to register.

Attached to this message is a Zoom Cheat Sheet for Windows machines.

You can test Zoom prior to any meeting to make sure the mic and camera are working. Open Zoom. If asked enter your registered account and password. Click on the tiny Gear icon in the upper right corner. Zoom can have multiple video and audio sources.

Click "Video" tab on left. You should see your camera image. If not, select the camera you want. You can have more than one source and switch between them..

Click on "Audio" tab. Click "Test Speaker". You should hear a set of musical notes. Click "Stop". Click "Test Mic" and Speak a few words. You should see the "Input Level" flashing blue when you speak. When you stop talking, 5-10 seconds later you should hear your voice.

When joining the meeting, please click on the Mute button (looks like a microphone) in the lower left corner of the screen. Then when you want to talk, press the space bar key. Like a press-to-talk walkie-talkie.

I will be adding to this message as time goes on.
