Needing the total height of the tool rest for a Turncrafter Commander 12VS so Rick can make me a tool rest. I'd measure it myself if I only had the lathe, being shipped on Monday and I was wanting to get a head start on the tool rest.

On mine,
posts are 5/8" diameter, the 6" rest measures 4 25/32" total height, post is 2 31/32" high

The 12" rest measures 4 31/32" total height, post is 2 15/16" high
