So I've had my lathe for 9 months or so and have made quite a few pens in wood and acrylic. I decided to try my hand at Tru-Stone - tough stuff but I like the results! This is a Canadiana Fountain Pen in Tru-Stone Black & Gold.
Glorious Pen, Rob.
A Fantastic Kit, Beautifully Adorned with a Magnificent Black and Gold True-Stone Blank.
Though it is Hard, you have done a Superb Job on it.
Excellent Fits, and Finish.
Congratulations,
Brian.
In the US search for Cambridge pen kits ... Berea, Beartoothwoods, etc. ... possibly slightly different decoration
The Australian Roman Harvest is close but possibly different decoration and be careful that tube dimensions and bushings might be just a hair different
A great looking pen Rob. I've made a few fountain pens and like them myself but out here in farm country you can't even give them away. That one looks like a keeper though.
