Too bad this is a green blank

This is a really cool looking blank of Alligator Wood. The blank started out a 11-1/4 square by 3-3/4 thick. Just got finished rough turning it and its now 11 x 3. Too bad it has to dry for a couple months now. I really would have liked to finish it. Oh well! We'll see it again in the fall!

I like the wood coloration, I have never heard of alligator wood. It is beautiful.
