To my Argetinian Friend

I turned this Statesman Jr Pen as a birthday gift for good friend of the family. He is from Argentina. The segmented cap is made of dyed curly maple and holly; a bit darker blue than the actual flag color. My first attempt at using decals, I downloaded the image and printed it on my inkjet. I hope he likes it.
