I have no idea what "tipping out" is supposed to mean, but it reads good. WoodPen Pro's Tapa Traveler decked out in a stabilized palm blank with an acrylic band and a red black red pic-guard vertical stripe. I am jonesing on banding recently. Wanted to match fine detail with that in the pen kit. I really like this kit. Great detail. Very good value.

Beautiful pen.

Just as an FYI: "Tipping out" is a term from the hospitality industry. A waiter/waitress will "tip out" the busboys, hostesses, etc. Primarily the busboys. This is done because in most restaurants, the quantity and satisfaction of a waiter's customers is heavily influenced by the busboys. Good busboys help turn the tables faster and keep customers happy. Tipping out can also take place in casinos, similar dynamic.

Aw heck, I just realized that I explained the where and why of "tipping out", but not what's actually happening. The waitress is paying the busboy(s) some of her tips.

I love your accent rings Brian! Very clean and well paired with the rest of the segmenting. Nice touch.

When I was a busboy 40 years ago, this is what happened with me.
The decent waitresses gave me a quarter or something & I made sure their tables were cleaned ASAP. The cheapos had empty tables (no customers) most of the night. They never caught on, even after the other waitresses told them about it.
