Tie clip available anywhere?

Just had somebody request a custom set of Cufflinks that I offer and he requested as tie clip as well.

I've never seen these available as a kit. / diy offering with a round setting similar to a culling but attached to a bar style tie clip.

Anybody have any ideas?
