I finally got it done. Part of the delay was due to a herniated disk in the lower neck which kept me out of the shop for 6 weeks. Jeff said in another thread:

It's a beautiful pen. I'll never be truly impressed until I see a 20mm round.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Turns out that I didn't have a 20mm casing, so I used a 25mm casing instead. Also, since someone is bound to say 'can you make a bigger one?', I went ahead and made one from a 30mm casing.
The two pens on the left use the parker refill and the two pens on the right use the cross refill. In order to get a perspective on the size, the center pen is a 50 BMG pen with a cross refill and the pen out front is a military version of the 308.
The woods are, from left to right, pau ferro, tulipwood, lacewood, and black palm.
Here is a closeup of the markings on the casings.
These pens are not as heavy as you might imagine. The 25mm pens weigh 9.27 (cross) and 9.82 (parker) ounces. The 30mm pens weigh 7.37 (cross) and 7.54 (parker) ounces. Yes, the 30mm are lighter than the 25mm. The 50 BMG weighs 3.23 oounces.
All comments welcome.
EDIT: All of the pens are FULLY retractable and refillable.
