I have a headstock and tailstock from a Jet 1642 lathe that I need a new home for.
I bought this used lathe from Woodcraft about 6 years ago and had alignment problems from the beginning but was able to work around them until I finally gave up and got a new headstock and tailstock.
I no longer have alignment problems but these two items are taking up space in my workshop.
I know the motor and controller are in good working condition but I have a bum shoulder and cannot lift the headstock.
I also have a Delta 14" bandsaw with riser that is taking up floor space. I had problems with it last year and finally replaced it. The motor is in good condition and there are probably other parts that can be used. There is also a complete set of blades to go with it.
I am looking for someone local that can put these items to good use.
I don't have any idea what these units are worth but I am open to all offers.
