I have been wanting to turn these..even though I do not drink wine. I am pretty happy with how they turned out. The pen in the top was turned using antler for my SIL and BIL.

Nice looking stoppers and great shapes - easy to get ahold of when "poppin the cork"!
Bottlestoppers are a fun diversion. Did a demo at Woodcraft yesterday doing bottlestoppers - easy to do and can be fun with different shapes.
Ended up giving them to spectators so no pictures. Put Ruth Niles stoppers on them to add to the quality.
Now back to pens and other stuff.
