Thanks to Stevers and the IAP library/forum for your willingness to share knowledge and experience! I just finished building my pres/vac system, and I'm doing the leak test now. So far, so good. The vacuum (by gauge) is 30 mmHg and holding. Hopefully that will last overnight. Tomorrow morning I'll run it up to 80 psi and test that for a while. Then it's time to start playing with my 2 gallons of Alumilite. This sure is getting to be an expensive hobby!
