Taking a mistake apart???

Folks,
I think there is a tool out there that allows one to take pens back apart, or at least I thought there was. Can someone advise? I had a cigar pen yesterday that i put the mid fitting on the wrong end and destroyed the pen trying to get it out. Any tips on taking a pen back apart would be appreciated.

Learned lots of lessons yesterday, but the main lesson was Focus and TAKE MY TIME
