There is a slight learning curve, but a reasonably easy project. My wife wants one after the show next Friday and Saturday. Be sure to bend the wire ends flush or the cutting groove might be damaged. I used a drop of two of Howard's Butcher Block Conditioner in the hole to seal the wood and smooth out the motion. That is my cutting board finish of choice.
