There's a place in Knoxville, JEFFRIES WOOD WORKS, INC., that has a pretty nice variety of woods.. I found this one piece of Black Palm .. about 3 x 3 x 10 inches..

I don't know if they'll ship or not, but contact info is:

I have never SEEN palm in that size.[:0][:0][:0][:0]

BTW, up here that would be called white palm (there is also a red palm with a red background and black palm that has black background - they all have black "graining") I realize these names are a regional thing in many cases.

I looked up the wood for my website listing.. it shows up as Black Palm... description was a tan or beige background with black flecks throughout.. here is a picture of the other side of the mill..
