You are referring to the wood finishing Ca, it works just as well as the regular on polyresin as far as I can tell. It's big difference is the longer open time and different viscosity. The thin is just a bit thicker and the medium just a tiny bit thinner than the regular versions. I still have a bottle of the regular thin because it seems to penetrate wood better and faster when hardening soft or punky stuff. The new stuff responds better than the old with its accelerator too with less white marks from the spray. .
