Stamps

After Branden suggested wiping the stamps with resin before pouring or adding the catalyst I thought I would give these another try. This one is a gift for one of the women working in the post office. Unlike in the city these women actually go out of their way to help if they can. 2 of the three women have been given one of my yellow ribbon pens as they have relatives in the military this one is for the third.

After taking Branden's suggestion no more little bubbles on the surface of the stamps.

Very nice job Rick. Oddly enough I stumbled on to a thread about stamps and I saw the advice about "pre-coating" the stamps.

She loved it Sam and when I pointed out it was made using stamps she liked it even more. Can't sell many around here but it is nice to be able to give them to someone that appreciates it.
