I made this blank a couple of weeks ago while I was playing with some new techniques. I thought today would be a good day to turn it into a pen with St. Patrick's Day coming up. The blank is made from some Cumarru that Steve (Akbar) sent me and some dyed wood veneers. The pattern repeats 6 times around the blank.

Awesome! You could market that to Jamaicans too, I think those are their National colors! Very pretty pens.

Nice! Really nice. But Keith you need to wipe off your hardware:)

You're right Hans :frown: I actually did try and wipe the hardware but couldn't get it shiny. I don't know what is on the finial but it is not shining up. I tried later with some windex and got it looking a bit better. I'll have to come up with something else to shine it up or swap out the hardware.
