i finally got a chance to really work with my new table saw this past week. did a lot of ripping with it and got to cut some dadoes for my first time ever, fun stuff! anyway, this spice rack is made from maple and mahogany. i accidentally cut the wrong sized dado for the middle piece, thus the really white maple in the middle... it actually worked out just fine. i used walnut dowels for support and a little contrast. i designed the rack to hold 24 of those jars (i think my wife got them at BBB). finished with danish oil. thanks for looking!
