Just recived some spalted adler and the blanks are very, very soft, should I coat them with thin CA as I turn? Thanks for any help[8][8]

Either that or have them stabilized if you don't/can't do it yourself. It takes alot of CA that you just turn away to work with a blank that is pretty far gone.

Yes, have it stabilized, it will cost a fortune to use CA glue.
