To get ready for the December pen swap I started making some ornaments. My wife claimed this one. The tree in the center is suspended by transparent thread. The tree is lignum vitae and the outer ornament is bloodwood. I used walnut oil as a finish. Not the best of pictures as I hung it up outside and it kept wanting to spin on the thread.
