Some more turkey calls

Here are a few more turkey calls I completed.
From left to right
ash, birdseye maple and padauk, mahogany(i think)

I also tried something a little different, a bamboo turkey call

The bamboo was a cutting board from Walmart, I did not laminate it.Glue line is visible and it does not line up perfectly but still looks good I think.

Jason they all look great, I ordered some parts for the calls and they arrived today. If it warms up soon I will be turning some.

The turkey are out in force around here right now. Bet I saw a flock of at least 80 or more in a pasture the other morning. Won't be that way when spring turkey season gets here. Haven't seen any hens with chicks yet though...probably still too early. It's not unusal to see a group of hens with 10 to 12 chicks each trailing behind hen. I'll try to get a picture next time I see a big bunch of them.
