solid brass bodied pen

This is made from a Wallstreet pen kit. I turned the body out of solid brass and am very happy with the look of it. I think I'll keep it for myself. It's got a bit of heft to it.
I have another body done and am thinking of maybe marking it with some type of pattern on the laser. Just have to decide what. Cheers!

That really looks great. Did you put a finish on it to prevent it from tarnishing???

no finish. I'm going to let it oxidize since it is for me.
what kind of finish would you recommend for brass?

I've used this product from Woodcraft on some of my cartridge pens made from real cases. I like the results & so far, they have really kept the original shine after polishing the brass.
