Just completed my first fountain pen. SN model from Timberbits (Australia)
I used Australian Beefwood which turned quite well.
With hindsight, I should have sanded again with a finer paper, used 400.
Finished with Shellawax as I prefer matte finish. Present for my son in Sydney.
He was well pleased with it.
